Well... in oracle forum, the points are given not by quantity of posts. Instead, they are given by correct (10 points) and helpfull (5 points) posts
and the users gain "level" when they gather more point lol
is there such module in drupal?

You should be able to set this up with one of the ratings modules (ie fivestar_extra, userpoints_karma, userpoints_nc, etc).

Is there a moderator who decides whether an answer is correct? And does this person award the points?
If so, you probably can reproduce that functionality in drupal with the userpoints module, and maybe the kudos module.

I guess that you decide whenever your question has been answered and you give points to the user that helps you... kinda like that
Rating module (5 stars) its a good one quite similar, but dont give points to the user (gives to the post right ?)
