I love Bulletproof Web Design. I can whip up a style sheet like nobody's business, but the tips and tricks revealed in it was like, well, you can read my comments here.
If you enjoy visting CSS Zen Garden, try The Zen of CSS Design by Shea and Holzschlag as a follow up to Cederholm. The text is not the normal cookbook style with more about design in general while explaining some CSS techniques with examples from CSS Zen Garden.
Thanks for all the suggestions. One more point--I am going to be using the book as a text for a course on advanced CSS. It therefore needs to have lots of examples (ideally with code that can be downloaded) but also be able to function as a reference manual.
Teachers shouldn't need to buy these. Cederholm, Shea, some of Meyer's texts, Zeldman--these authors all have books published through Peachpit Press who was recently acquired by Pearson. You can get exam copies from a Pearson rep.

Perfect book
for advanced css. "CSS Mastery - Advanced Web Standards Solutions" by Andy Budd. It was published earlier in the year, and is excellent.

Another vote for CSS Mastery. It's the only book you need. It can be bought as an e-book, very inexpensive.

Anything by Eric Meyer is really good. Eric Meyer on CSS is bascially my CSS bible.
