Do you like to pre-fill the node forms inside the iframes? Unfortunately multi_node_add does not support modules like http://drupal.org/project/prepopulate as it heavily and exclusively depends on jquery/javascript.
Can you share your use-case? Maybe the feature can be interesting for everyone, but please be a bit more verbose. What do you want to achieve exactly w/ that link?

e.g.
I have music database web with node types - artist, album, song
on album page I need a link to create songs for this album - on that link will be preconfigurated setting (node type, fields etc.)
