how do you transfer videos to your server by URL

i have blip tv videos but i can only upload to them by ftp
i want to take them videos and send them to my server by URL
is there some kind of module ?

i want to put like http://blip.tv/myvide01.wmv and put the link in a box and have it upload to my server

Outbursts like this really are quite amazing. I would be rather surprised and ultimately disappointed if anyone decided to offer their assistance after such a display. None the less, by offering a little bit of feedback you might be better set later on (here on D.O and in life as a whole) and as such will sadly offer the previously mentioned feedback.

First off, be more descriptive in your issue. You're first post was rather vague even with your example. Instead of simply saying 'send' to your server, could you elaborate? Do you wish the server to retrieve the video and store the actual data of the video on your server, or merely store the link and have bliptv to continue to distribute the actual data to the client.

Next off, you reposted (in caps) less than half a day after your initial post. Chill, relax, and don't bump your topic every 12 hours. Instead, perhaps you should wait a day or two to see if there are any responses (remember, people don't have to offer assistance). If after a few days, a lack of interest or information is apparent, perhaps you should evaluate your initial post and elaborate on it. Simply bumping your poorly communicated post with an all caps post and being slightly negative in your response is unlikely to generate anything but hostility.
