It would be interesting if in each section have the options to insert a new Site Name, Slogan, Mission and Footer.

You can override them via settings.php, template.php (sections provide you variables in hook_preprocess) or maybe there are other ready to use modules that do this... cannot say for sure. But this is out of scope of the default sections UI, sorry.
