When I try to upload an animated gif I get this error

 warning: imagecolorsforindex() [function.imagecolorsforindex]: Color index 63 out of range in /var/www/sitios/DRUPAL6/multidesa/includes/image.gd.inc on line 108.

Tried with php-gd so simple as with version GD pre-compiled and gives me the same error
When I upload an animated gif in any other type of content is displayed correctly.
Even when make the items rotor, set full html

The gif is displayed (with warning) when you see sitio/content/rotor1_item But not on the block.

Do you get this problem with other gifs, or only animated gifs? Have you tried a different animated gif?

I get similar warning 

warning: imagecolorsforindex() [function.imagecolorsforindex]: Color index 205 out of range in /includes/image.gd.inc on line 108.

when adding or deleting some not animated gif images. But I can't see any regularity. I use 6.x-2.7 version.

I guess this is not a Rotor Banner issue cause i got the sames warnings without using this module.

Not a Rotor module issue. Sounds like a server problem.
