Hi,
Is there a way to propagate each pre-existing node (to installation of this module) with the default license? I'm migrating a big site from the now-defunct creative commons lite module to the creative commons module. Or is there an upgrade path down the pipeline?
Best,
Thomas

balleyne commentedThere isn't any way yet, but we just started work on an import from cc lite feature. (It was on the todo list, but hadn't been done—thanks for the reminder).
I hope it will be ready soon.

turadg commentedIn the meantime you can set the CC license of many nodes at once through the "Set Creative Commons license" (set_license) action using Views Bulk Operations.

pribeh commentedThat's cool, thanks to both balleyne and turadg! Since this is a multi-user site where many different licences have been used I'll probably wait for the upgrade path.

turadg commentedDoes anyone plan to implement this in the next week or two, or should we "postpone" it until after the 1.0 release?

mcallister.50 commentedWe would absolutely use a bulk views operation to apply CC licenses for legacy data --34,000+ images in a digital library. Is there anything we could do to help? Or do you have an estimate on your timeline for releasing this functionality?
Thank you!
