I would like to take over the ownership of the Mapstraction project. The current owner, liorkesos, supports the move as he's no longer actively maintaining the project and I have a bunch of updates ready to go. He's already attempted to add me as a co-maintainer, although it didn't appear to work, at least yet. Oddly, I can edit the projects information, but am not listed as a maintainer nor does it appear as one of my projects.

You are one of the co-maintainers of the project; as you don't own the project node, you cannot add new co-maintainers.

If you want to become the maintainer of the project, then the current maintainer should comment here saying he accepts to pass the ownership to you.
I am marking the report as postponed to when the current maintainer doesn't chime in.

I agree to pass the project to Lev, yet I'd like to mention (also here) that references to the projects initial developers ( us a dixon from devseed).
