I have a copy of my Drupal site on my laptop and I run wampserver to use it. I don't get any results when I try a search so I tried re-indexing the site. Each time I try I get the same response; 0% of the site has been indexed. There are 19 items left to index.

My Drupal site hosted by Siteground doesn't have this problem. It says 36% of the site has been indexed and I am able to get some search results, however, I'm a little leery about reindexing the site because I don't want to wind up in the same situation as with my localhost.

I probably should just try anyway, but, thought, I'd see if anyone in the forum encountered same type problem and could lend some guidance.

problem solved by running Cron
