First off, awesome theme! Its obvious you have put in a ton of time and effort!

Been looking through it quite a bit and noticed a couple bugs:

I had to add this width: #search-box { float: right; margin-top: 3px; width:200px; } ...to prevent the search button from dropping to the next line and pushing everything else down with it on Google Chrome and Safari.

Also had to reduce the left-margin to prevent the content from stacking below the sidebar on older versions of IE. #sidebar { float: right; width: 300px; margin-left: 10px; /*margin-left: 20px;*/ }

O yea, tagging module also causes the content to drop below the sidebar due to a "clear" in the tagging.css file.

Also a few minor changes... I'll post more if I find any but a seriously well designed theme, thanks for sharing!
