Is it possible to customize workspace columns

Hi,

I would like to change the columns which are displayed in the workspaces. Why? Because the "published" column is of no use for me, all nodes are published in my drupal website, and I use a taxonomy to tell if a node is visible to the public or not...

So instead of this column, I would like to add a new column with the taxonomy term of a given vocabulary.
