It is uncertain what a provision-install with a hostmaster profile would do at this point. Results are considered undefined because the profile is interactive (we have a very cute wizard).

To bootstrap Aegir, it would be much simpler if we could just skip the wizard and install aegir from the commandline, if we prompt the user for the right options (for example).

This could also allow creation of aegir frontends on other servers (at least until we implement #500362: dispatcher locking) managed by aegir.

This will probably just work once we do #772824: rip most of the wizard out of hostmaster.profile.
