All subscription options on one page?

Hi is it possible to list all node types and taxonomy terms on one page so users can subscribe in a central location? My idea is that instead of a link under every node there would be a Subscribe button in the menu that would open a page with all possible options and checkboxes. It would be much faster for the users. Thanks
