Issue Summary

I want this theme to be more unique than the standard Drupal themes so I plan to redesign it. Any suggestions or requests? Once I have more details I will update this issue.

The new design is mostly complete. Just some final design tweaks and committing the files.

Refined the primary links for a beveled look using just CSS.
