The l10n_server module that is now included in the contrib testing experiment requires the PEAR Tar library to be around. This being an external dependency is not possible to being listed in the .info file. Any way to get PEAR set up on the testing server(s)?

which servers do you mean by "testing servers"? The testing clients? scratchvm?

I'm not up to date on where are the tests running now. I suspect testing slaves/clients, and did not have a better queue to submit an issue for that.
