Add "user" option to the criteria selection. [#712534]

Hi all, first sorry for my english.

I thought that would be very usefull that the current user's language (logged in user) option be available.

This patch adds the option to use de string "user" for selecting translation nodes of the user selected language.

If you are still interested in this option consider proposing it for the Drupal 8 version.
You will need to update the documentation too.
