I have a site that commenting can potentially get nasty on. Some users may not be content with vote up/down; they will report abuse on comments that they simply disagree with (discussions are usually government/politics-related). Is there a way to limit the number of "Report Abuse" flags a user can submit in a given timeframe (say, no more than 20 per day)?

sounds like a useful feature.

my suggestion would be to extend this with a configurable option in ADMIN.

also limit flagging of a content by a user ONLY once and throw a message informing the user if s\he tries to re-flag a content already flagged once by him\her before.
