I check the permission, the content type and could not find why the categories of the node do not appear.
It never happened to me before with Drupal themes.
Any idea?

This is really strange. First check the various taxonomy settings in theme settings, at admin/build/themes/settings/zeropoint. You may reset the theme to its default settings.

It was supposed to show u on all content types, but just when I set it per content type it appeared. Now it's working fine!
