Hide the second dropdown box until something is chosen in the first.

Description
It will be more logical if the second dropdown appeared when something gets selected in the first dropdown box. The Go button should also be hidden until something is selected in the first dropdown. Alternatively, put it on the right side of the first dropdown. These two small changes will save two lines of valuable space on the page, which it is unnecessarily consuming in the current version.
