Branch 2 initial release.

Includes;
Locale support (initial support, needs tweaking as default is NULL and therefore logos will not display unless language has a value)
Draggable weighting
Moved onus to drupal_match_path for returning match
Moved ignore to checkbox in form
Added imagecache functionality
Added restrictions for file uploading
Added permission to have another user manage the logos (although the page will need to be moved elsewhere as the parent item has admin rights only)
