Entries are not appearing in the abuse_status table when a node or comment is marked via watchlist.

Patch fixes this problem and provides some messaging about when a piece of content is marked abusive by the watchlist.

Also noticed that node status was not being applied properly -- thus patch also includes fixes from #487970: Remove node sets $node->status = -1

has anyone tested this patch yet on the 6.x-1.x-dev? bump

best to test with the other critical patches for this module applied as well. these patches should be from the date of last update of this version till now.
