Beagle integration and bug fix

As long as 5.x version is no longer maintained - and I needed beagle integration for my client - here I uploaded modified version (full module) of the latest module version. The list of changes is:
1. Added beagle support (also in administration interface added an option to select list)
2. Fixed bug when order was created with "Payment Completed" status when eWay declined payment. Now new order not being created until payment is successful.

I can't see need in patch being posted here as long the module 5.x development branch stopped.
