How do I create a twin 'navigation menu' block?

Basically, i need my website to have the navigation menu on the right side of the page on the homepage, and for the other pages it's on the left... To do this, I think creating a duplicate block for the navigation menu would do the job!

I'm just wondering how I can create a second menu block???
