I want the same functionality but to user reference instead of a node reference

Hello,
I'm kinda out of time with my website and I'm facing a problem which this module will fix it within 5 minutes. The thing is that I want the same functionality but in user reference too. i tried to change a link of add [Content_Type] to admin/user/user/create?destination/node/add/CONTENT_TYPE and it works in the addition but it doesn't refresh or update its values this is because that this feature is not applicable to update this field.
So the requested feature is to allow user reference too.
