Fatal error: Cannot redeclare xtemplate_settings() (previously declared in /var/www/html/themes/xtemplate/xtemplate.theme:16) in /var/www/html/themes/gworks/xtemplate.theme on line 11

I get this when I install the theme.

read the INSTALL carefully.

I get this as well. Have followed INSTALL to the letter. Could you be a bit more specific?

There should be only ONE xtemplate.theme file in themes/xtemplate/...
The xtemplate.theme file included in gworks is a replacement for the main
xtemplate.theme
