Adding toggle to display in Teaser or not

I have attached a patch that adds the ability to turn off the vote display in teasers if desired. This was done by adding a new choice in how the votes are displayed in the teaser from,

Text, Stars, or Both

to

Text, Stars, Both, or Do Not Display in Teaser

Then added the needed logic to not display the votes if the Do Not Display option is check.

I wanted this since I didn't want the vote counts being shown in RSS feeds of my nodes.

This is my first submitted patch, so please let me know if I have formatted this wrong, or could have done something better.
