The 4.6 version seems to only have LICENSE.txt and pureftp.module in the download, and after installation and navigation to the settings page it errors out (can't locate tables).

This version of pureftp is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
