I have filled an issue for Ubercart Ajax Attribute Calculations #715878: Not aware of changes made by Dependent Attributes but I'm not sure if the problem is from that module or from this one. To avoid duplicate content please check that issue and if you consider the problem is from this module please update it.

I'm going to mark #715878: Not aware of changes made by Dependent Attributes as a dup of this issue. Since Dependent Attributes requires uc_aac, I'm inclined to say that a problem in compatibility lies on the side of this module. There is good info on the linked issue and even a demo site where the issue is apparent.
