I am using gtranslate for translation into different languages and works great!! I am trying to flag certain content which are not supposed to be translated. I 've found the answer here http://translate.google.com/support/?hl=en .When I mark sertain text in the page.tpl with , its still not working. Is this related to this module, like the gtranslate send content for translation after string the tags or related to drupal??

I had issues in that it was translating userids and some text i didnt want it to translate. Not really a problem for me, unless the page is a form that someone might save and whats being translated is content of key fields.

I have solved it by allowing users only to translate using the translate block, then preventing the translate block from showing up on the following pages:

node/add
node/*/edit
user/register
user/password
user/*/modify
