Great module! It would be awesome for me if we could set-up searches so that any finds for those searches then have taxonomy labels automatically. The user would select which tags to associate with the results. For example, let's say I am researching multiple conditions. I might have an multiple sclerosis and vitamin d search and a Crohn's and probiotics search. I want to be able to tag the MS results to an MS term and Crohn's to a Crohn's keyword. This way I can reference all the articles related to MS separately from Crohn's. Ideally it would allow for multiple taxonomies to allow for easy retrieval later.

The bibliography module has the functionality to tag the terms but automating this would be very, very nice.

Another thought is to drive the queries from taxonomy. One could select different taxonomies to create the query which then joins the bibliography to the taxonomy.
