For theme B7(v 4.6) I created 5 primary links from administer/themes/configure, but only three links of them show up. Is there any bug? Or I need make setting somewhere?

If you're using 4.6, you'll have to set the links for the theme itself. The theme engine I use has a different link system than what B7 is using, so make sure you hit 'configure' next to the theme name instead of global configuration.
