I'm getting a grayed-out button, and no sign of files that have already been uploaded. See the screenshot: Image Upload and PSD Upload only showing up as grayed-out buttons with no functionality. Contrast to Firefox screenshot, where the button is only grayed out if the file has already been uploaded, and the uploaded file is displayed.

Sure skilip. Using Windows XP Service Pack 3, Chrome 4.0.249.89 (38071). Thanks for your work on this!

After further testing, it seems this problem is caused by having more than one swfupload widget on a single page. Have marked as duplicate of http://drupal.org/node/716690
