Just to remember.. integrate with ctools could be a great idea and potentially can reduce the amount of ajax here

I see people suggesting using CTools a lot.

Is there any documentation on how you would integrate an existing or new module into the CTools framework?

I've recently worked in vote up/down ctools integration, actually re-rolling the patch merlinofchaos have done.

So, that's a good reference for ctools integration ;-)

I did not see too much documentation, just some blog posts I think
