Filtering Out Tweets

A hopefully minor feature request.

I would like to ask you to consider an option for filtering tweets out. A simple few examples include not displaying tweets starting with "RT: " and "@xxxx ".

My only thought would be to have an array with these filter words, and perhaps use regex to optionally filter them out.
