If I use an ampersand in a Tag it gets turned into &
I've tested similar signs like "# ? : - _" they all working fine for me.

@Eugen This is what "Alexander Rodert" has meant in his Mail from 04.02.

Well this bug is due the URLencoding of all the "url relevant" characters. Thats a bug, i will have a look at this
