The 'Progress Status' for Hebrew (http://localize.drupal.org/translate/languages/he) says:
"2 suggestions awaiting approval".

However, clicking on 'Moderate' I see no suggestions to moderate.

Looking at http://localize.drupal.org/og/users/130/roles, you only have the community moderator role, so you can only moderate suggestions from others, not of your own. If you get self moderation permissions, you'll see the two outstanding suggestions. (You can currently grant this yourself at the above URL due to being a group permission manager too).

Being site admin, I'm seeing the two suggestions at http://localize.drupal.org/translate/languages/he/moderate?author=yhager

Thank you - I was not aware of this self moderation nuance.

The idea is that people might be better to not judge their own suggestions. This way you can hand out moderation to more people, because they could not "favor" their own stuff. At least they can help clean up bad text. Eventually the right mix of configuration is up to the team admins, this is just a possibility.
