Hello!
I installed simplecdn and configured it. I though that almost file paths would be changed, but too few were indeed:
Only http://cdnmotdes.tinecon.com.br/misc/powered-blue-80x15.png and the panels layouts thumbs like
http://cdnmotdes.tinecon.com.br/sites/all/modules/panels/plugins/layouts...
All other js, img, css keeps are pointing to normal path (non-cdn), inclusive cck image fields.
Is there something more to configure?

Also, I have most of content images uploaded via fckeditor. How to make fckeditor to use the cdn path?
