mehrpadin commentedHoi Attila,
I'm not sure, I think you should ask Joel about this but I'll take a look anyway.

mehrpadin commentedAttila,
Superfish plugin does have this by default, it was my mistake, now fixed in v1.4

srsbl commentedHi,
I'm not understanding how to achieve this. I've noticed there is no longer a fade effect option in the superfish block settings. Is there other way?
Thanks.

mehrpadin commentedHey there,
What do you mean exactly? this doesn't have anything to do with fade effect.

Look at sample 4 on the superfish site. When you have your specific superfish block set to navbar (rather than Horizontal or Vertical) it'll automatically fade back to the current menu path.

mehrpadin commentedFor the record: The thing Attila and srsbl requested is available as of v1.4.

apoorvnarang commentedI have tried to implement a solid submenu in superfish in various themes in drupal 6 and 7 but failed. Please tell me how to get a static menu and submenu like on the superfish website on my drupal install. I dont want the submenu to fade.

nimi commentedI'd like to know too if anyone solved this on D7.
Thanks!

asb commentedSame issue here (D6).

asb commentedSame issue still exists in 6.x-1.8 :-(

mehrpadin commentedCrazy solution: Set the Mouse delay to 100000000 or higher.

asb commentedI have given up a long time ago on this functionality in Drupal, so I currently have no 'Superfish' modules deployed anywhere, but I'll try to remember it if time permits. Thanks anyway for the creative idea ;)

alfredojez commentedI also need to have this functionality. Currently the superfish module shows the submenu only when you mouseover a menuparent (that has children) and if the page you are is actually in the second level of a menu. Also the submenu appears floating over the rest of the content
What I need is the submenu to appear solid (not floating) without the need of mouseover and that it changes when you mouseover other parents (like example in http://users.tpg.com.au/j_birch/plugins/superfish/#sample4)
Using Superfish 7x-1.8
