Hi,

I want the ads to show only on content created by users with role A but not role B but I dont see how you can filter user roles when creating advertisement views. Do we need to install another module along with Ad Views to do something like this or should we wait for future versions? Please advise. Thanks.

There's a similar request wanting to filter by user. Would seem related to filter by role. I'll look into it.

Fixed. For users, what you need to do is either create a filter based upon "User: Name" which corresponds to the user name that owns the ad, or filter on "Ad: User" which corresponds to the user id that owns the ad.

What is new in -dev is that for roles, what you need to do is create a filter based upon "User: Roles".

Fixed in -dev, will be rolled out in beta2 soonish. Try it out.
