Enable scatter/bubble bulls eye chart?

I need assistance in creating a scatter/bubble chart using amcharts as at http://www.amcharts.com/xy/bulls-eye-chart/

I have had some code written, but we are not php literate per se and need assistance.

Does anyone have the "pre-process" code required for the amcharts.class.inc file to make this work?
