It seems the Javascript code relies on the string of the "disable/enable rich-text editor" link. If I try to translate it via locale module I get javascript errors and it doesn't work anymore.
Also if I translate the string "Your current web browser does not support WYSIWYG editing." I get a Javascript error and the link doesn't show.
