No custom forms working! - HELP!!

I used the Devel Modules - 'Rebuild Menus' in the hope that all the removed user accounts I have deleted would update in the Administration Menu.

The trouble is the Administration Menu still lists accounts that don't exist and now none of my custom forms get displayed. The template.php file is still there in my theme dirctory as are user-login.tpl.php but none of them get displayed - I just get the default menus.

How do I get my custom forms working again? Why does Administration Menu display user accounts that don't exist any more - Help!!!
