On one of my sites, I recently reinstalled the O/S and migrated everything back. The only issue I hit was the above. The setting/option menus, no matter where they are, in the admin portion or in content creation, etc. - none of them expand the are just plain text. I have tried multiple browsers to ensure its not that, I have checked permissions and for the life of me can't think of what it could be.
I have found posts similar but not exactly like the issue I am having, maybe the search/terminology I am using is not correct. Maybe my sleep deprived brain is overlooking the obvious but any feedback/ideas as to what may cause this would be appreciated.
