As we all hope, forward movement will soon be forthcoming under a new title, I thought it best to add a few feature requests to the pot
1. Alinks allows for defining how many occurences of a term are linked on a page from 1 to all, my personal oppinion is that "All" is probably not appropriate as you may result in a link heavy page. Choices other than one, move the density of links towards the top. So the suggestion is Define how many occurences of a specified link as a maximum per page, but also add a step between links. So assuming there are 20 occurences of a string on the page, and we set 5 occurences, but in steps of 6 we get the occurences at 1, 7, 13, 19. which spreads out the links but not overloading the page.
There may be a perfomance reason why this may not be practical.

Anonymous (not verified) commented2. Allow for affecting Headers and Footers of Views. At present we can apply the code to the field in the templates, but if it were possible to automate, more is the better.

greg boggsWhile adding a "skip" for words makes, It's beyond the scope of this module and it's very unlikely anyone will implement it. If someone wants to write it, I'd be happy to include it, though adding fields to the admin panel will further limit the module's usefulness in larger sites.
