Save/re-use e-mail templates [#720564]

Hello,

I've upgraded to version 3.0-beta1 of webform and it works great for me.
I really enjoy the flexibility and power of default and custom e-mail templates. I'm wondering if it's possible to save and re-use them?
Here I've read that "it's not possible at the moment" but this comment is from June 2009 so I thought it would be clever to ask. :)

No, it's not currently possible to save/reuse templates. Let's make this the official thread for following as a feature request. This could be implemented as a custom module already with a form_alter(), but it was my intention to make this an official feature at some point.

Thank you for the information.
Since webform supports different content types it would great to have more than 1 template.
In my case I'd need 1 template per webform supported content type - i.e. 1 template for event signups, an other for contact etc.
I think a simple system to save the title with its template content would be enough. For large sites it also might be useful to assign a default templates per content type. But that's just a thought from editors view and I'd be absolutely happy to have the simple version at all. :)
Another important thing is that content tokens like node title could also be easy available for editors. That's essential... but maybe not directly related to this feature request... and I think there are some active discussions regarding access node elements and tokens in the issue queue yet.
