I would like to create a simple tree listing of just the galleries created with the image module. I understand views, but can't seem to get a list of just the galleries. I'm looking to create a tree listing just like the one created in the Admin -> Image gallerys when the image module is installed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are using taxonomy and applying it to your galleries, you can use one of the taxonomy-related modules, such as taxonomy menu or taxonomy block. Otherwise Views is the way to go.
