I haven't read this but it gets good reviews on Amazon. I'm going to get it as soon as I'm able.

which I've found somewhat less useful.
So at the moment it's not hard to own all the possibilities ---

I'm also talking to my editor at the moment about possibly writing a book aimed at the total beginner - but that's going to be a long way out if it happens at all.
