There is a module S5 which creates html based slide shows from book pages . But the features in S5 is greatly limited, seems to have been designed for real small personal sites, and somewhat useless for general purpose use.

Anyhow, it would be AWESOME! to have a Presentation view of nodes, or book pages, with the same versatility as Printer or PDF versions.

If the S5 module's output is not suitable for the printer or PDF versions, that module could provide some help by changing it's output slightly when the current build mode is "Print".

As it happens, I really like how the Print module works. Making the S5 "printer-friendly" mode play nicely with Print would be a nice feature to have.
