after several months moderation work, I found some contrubutors always submit nice translation, it can directly approve it or a few modify only. and the bad suggestions are time consuming. but now suggestions are mixed....

Mark contributors language level advantages:
1. sorting by language level , we can approve the nice suggestion first, drupaler can enjoy it early.
2. highest level submition can be the default export strings (if the strings have not approved)

We have submitter search in the translation and moderation screens, so you can quickly look up strings by someone, and approve them in multiples, speeding up approval of those who you trust better. I'm not sure we should make this trust explicit and assign numbers visible publicly.

Yes. this is a way Im doing now.

but there are many submitter, we can't remember everyone. also at moderation screens haven't submitter info. and we don't know when they will submit a new suggestion ...

Yes, there are really tooo many people and not everyone know everyone... I'd also like this idea.
