I get the following error on the blocks page when I enable microcontent.module:

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /.../.../microcontent.module on line 241.

Attached patch fixes this.

Fixed in HEAD.

After we have tested HEAD a bit more, I will backport the complete HEAD.
